PUMPKIN RISOTTO KIT

Description

Pumpkin risotto is one of those comforting dishes which can please anybody, including vegetarians (if vegetable stock is used instead of chicken stock).

This kit will serve a family of 4 for 2 meals.

Included in the kit is:

• 1 x 1kg box of Gallo Arborio Rice.
• 1 x 800g Greci Crema Di Zucca – A top quality Italian pumpkin cream, perfect for risotto, pasta or soups.
• 1 x 200g Pot of Pecorino Romano Cheese – With it’s hard texture and sharp & salty flavour, Pecorino Romano is an excellent cheese to shave over risotto dishes.
